SHOW DESCRIPTION:	City Lights starts with a heated discussion of hot- button issues like religion, race and war with Parnell's long time Jewish friend, Ellen Meyers. For the first twenty minutes of the show, the interracial duo stimulate and inform listeners on the issues of the day and have decided to agree to disagree and then to agree on most topics. For the rest of the show Parnell focuses on cultural happenings and news worthy events that take place in the New York metropolitan area, with an emphasis on Harlem.
