FROM CITY TO THE WORLD Salute to Jazz during Black Music Month

Guests are CCNY Professor Steve Wilson, Director of Jazz studies here at City College. He is acclaimed as one of the finest award-winning alto and soprano saxophonists in the business. He has toured and recorded with Jazz greats like Chick Corea, Dave Holland, Lionel Hampton and Diane Reeves. Tracy Hyter-Suffern, Executive Director of the National Jazz Museum in Harlem and Loren Schoenberg, Senior Scholar at The National Jazz Museum in Harlem. He is also a tenor saxophonist/pianist, who has played and recorded with Jazz greats like Benny Carter, Benny Goodman and Jimmy Heath.
