Summer Sport Experience: Basketball: Skills and Drills

Summer Sports Experience is an instructional youth program that teaches sports skills. Our knowledgeable NYC Parks staff train kids in sports such as basketball, ball hockey, kickball, flag football, pickleball, soccer, team handball, track and field, and volleyball. This program covers basic and more advanced techniques. Summer Sports Experience is a drop-in program recommended for children ages 8-14. Three actors tackle Hamlet’s desperate struggle to ‘hold it all together’ in this imaginative, visceral, and immediate production of Shakespeare’s classic.
