44th Annual Langston Hughes Festival Celebrates Lynn Nottage

Join the City College of New York on Feb. 9, 2023 at Aaron Davis Hall as we honor Lynn Nottage, recipient of the Langston Hughes medal.

Nottage is a renowned playwright and screenwriter who is the first woman in history to win two Pulitzer Prizes for drama. Her works include “Ruined,”  “Sweat” and “MJ the Musical,” currently at the Neil Simon Theater on Broadway.

Mark your calendars for CCNY’s 44th annual Langston Hughes Festival on Feb. 9, 2023. There will be a symposium from 12:30pm to 1:45pm and a reception from 6pm-8pm at Aaron Davis Hall, located at 115 Convent Ave & 135th Street.
