Dear WHCR listener,
Since 2020 our broadcast board has been malfunctioning and we have been struggling to keep WHCR on the air. We appreciate those of you who have been bearing with us and tuning back in even though the station may be going off in the middle of your favorite show. For that, we apologize and assure you that our engineer has tried several creative ways to solve this issue.
You may have heard your favorite DJ or talk show host asking you to support their show, but we have not been able to host station-wide fundraisers for the last 2 years due to the covid lockdowns.
We are asking you to please help us raise $40,000 to buy a new broadcast board so that we can bring you quality, uninterrupted programming.
